In film labeling is a special form of labeling, with a variety of material options depending on the application scenario, product characteristics, and cost considerations. Generally speaking, the materials commonly used for membrane labeling include the following:

1. PP (polypropylene):
-Characteristics: PP is a crystalline polymer with advantages such as low density, high rigidity, low surface tension, and low molding shrinkage. It has good chemical stability and can withstand corrosion from various chemical substances such as acid, alkali, and organic solvents.
-Application: Widely used in blow molding and injection molding products in industries such as food, medicine, and daily chemical products.

2. PE (polyethylene):
-Characteristics: PE has good water resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation. PE can be divided into various types such as low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) based on their density and branching. PE film also has certain applications in labeling inside the film.
-Application: It is particularly common in packaging products that require certain flexibility and water resistance.

3. PET (Polyethylene terephthalate):
-Characteristics: PET is a thermoplastic polyester with excellent physical and mechanical properties and chemical stability, as well as high transparency, radiation resistance, and electrical resistance. PET film also has good processing performance and can be molded through various methods such as blow molding and injection molding.
-Application: Due to its excellent performance, PET film is widely used in the field of film labeling, especially for packaging products that require high transparency and good barrier properties.

4. TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane):
-Characteristics: TPU is a polymer material with high transparency, good glossiness, excellent mechanical properties, and high temperature resistance. It also has excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance.
-Application: Although TPU is relatively less commonly used in film labeling, it has been applied in packaging products that require special properties such as high temperature resistance and wear resistance.

5. Composite film material:
-In order to meet specific performance requirements, in film labeling may also use composite film materials, which combine two or more films with different characteristics through adhesives or melt co extrusion. This composite film material can combine the advantages of various thin films to meet more complex packaging needs.

In addition, there are other types of membrane materials on the market, such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PE+PP copolymers, etc., which have their own advantages in different application scenarios. When selecting the material for film labeling, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the specific needs of the product, cost budget, and environmental requirements.

In summary, there are various material options for film labeling, such as PP, PE, PET, etc., which are widely used in packaging of various products due to their excellent performance. Meanwhile, with the continuous development of technology and changes in market demand, new membrane materials are constantly emerging and being applied.
